  • Does WLE ship worldwide? 
    We can only ship in the United States at this time.

  • Does WLE accept returns?
    No. All items are final sale!

  • How long will it take to process/ship my order?
    Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. Pricing for shipping may vary based on weight and location. 

  • Can I send my used equestrian apparel and tack to your store?
    No. We aren't currently accepting items from individuals via mail.

  • My purchase was damaged during transit. Can I get a refund?
    Please contact us by email (info@welllovedeq.com) with photos of your package and item(s) so we can discuss a solution.
